I sautéed vegetables in minced garlic oil, added sliced tomatoes, and drizzled tomato ketchup on top. I grated some salty cheese I had at home, and got tired of it, so I just added a whole chunk and let it melt. Oh, it was delicious! I tore some basil, washed it, and added it as a garnish.
