Did you all enjoy your lunch~? ๐Ÿ˜‹ I've started my leave of absence and am spending each day at home:) โ˜บ๏ธ I'm trying to make the most of it so I don't fall into the slothful hell of laziness. ใ…Žใ…Ž The best part is that I now have the time to cook healthy meals~~? For those of you who are curious, I'll share my simple and healthy noodle recipeโค๏ธ [Ingredients: Soft tofu, anchovy stock pack, soup soy sauce, tuna liquid, green onions, egg, enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, onions, salted shrimp, minced garlic, somen noodles] 1. Add the anchovy stock pack to water and bring to a boil. 2. Add the salted shrimp and minced garlic and all the prepared ingredients (soft tofu, onions, mushrooms, and green onions). 3. Add the beaten egg. 4. Season with soup soy sauce and tuna fish sauce. 5. Boil the noodles for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then rinse with cold water to remove the starch. (Adding cold water midway through the boil will make the noodles chewier.)
