Diligent Weekend Dinner Log Side dish day, cooking up a week's worth of side dishes! This week's side dish day is summer steamed food. I steamed round zucchini with shrimp, stir-fried young radish kimchi with perilla oil, and even had refreshing bean sprout soup and sweet corn rice! For dinner, I had grilled cutlassfish/flounder. I bought some to try before buying Chuseok gifts, and wow—it's the size of something you'd get at a department store food court. Haha. Jeju Island is truly an amazing place.
