#콘수프기록집 #오늘의우리집 Baby Laundry A to Z It's already week 32! I'm starting to prepare the nursery, starting with laundry. Baby laundry... When should I start? How should I do it? There are so many different opinions! How should I do laundry for a newborn? I'll give you a clear overview~ 1️⃣Purchase baby detergent👉I'm planning to compare two products: Franklin and Mother-K. Wouldn't it be great if you could use a baby detergent with safe ingredients for sensitive babies? Fragrances, in particular, can disrupt the hormonal system, so it's best to use them as late as possible. If there's a beauty app, Mom's Guide discloses the ingredients for baby products. I also purchased products that received an A grade on the Mom's Guide app. 2️⃣Use a laundry net Baby clothes, handkerchiefs, and other items are often soft and flexible, so using a laundry net to wash them can help reduce material damage and deformation. For those of you who think "cool moms" don't care, I think it's unnecessary. If you do, I recommend using a non-fluorescent product. 3️⃣Clean the washing tub and detergent drawer Some people may use a separate washing machine for their baby, but if you use a family washing machine, be sure to clean the washing tub and detergent drawer before doing baby laundry. It's best to use baby detergent without worrying about adult detergent from before getting mixed in. (If that's too much trouble, you can run a sterilization cycle with an empty container.) 4️⃣Wool cycle + additional rinse The rule for baby laundry is wool cycle + additional rinse. :) I used the standard cycle, rinsed four times, and washed in cold water. The difference between the wool and standard cycles is the spin strength. I used the standard cycle and spun it hard (hoping to remove as much detergent residue as possible). 5️⃣Washing the Drying Rack Some people purchase a separate baby drying rack, but I used my existing one. I cleaned it thoroughly with a toy cleaner before use. (It was quite dusty since I hadn't used it for a while!) 6️⃣Natural Drying Using a dryer is not recommended for baby laundry. This is also to prevent damage and deformation of the material. Let it air dry in the shade with a fan on. Some people repeat the process 2-3 times, but it depends on your personal values and beliefs. I dry it thoroughly and store it in a closet to avoid dust. If I have the time, I'm thinking about washing it once more before the baby is born. 📌When is the best time to start doing baby laundry? 👉 Between 30 and 36 weeks I've been wondering when is the best time to start doing baby laundry. I definitely feel like my body is getting more tired now that I'm past 30 weeks. Since I don't know what my condition will be like as I get closer to giving birth, I think it's a good idea to start preparing between 30 and 36 weeks. #BabyLaundry #신생아빨래 #아기손수건 #출산준비 #밤부베베 #밤부베베세탁
