📖This is the living room layout for a home with two preschoolers. It's been a while since I've changed the layout. A living room with children can be a playroom, study room, reading room, and relaxation space, right?! Because it needs so many functions, I had no choice but to give the children the living room, the largest space in the house and the place they spend most time. I gave the reading area a cozy size. We brought back cushions on the topper to sit and read together. The kids can lie down or lie down to read together. We brought dolls and played with them. The desk was not placed in a corner, but rather in an open space so they could easily sit down and read. Placing it in a corner would have made it less useful. I used a two-tiered bookshelf as a partition to divide the space. It maintains a sense of openness while separating functions, which is nice. And when arranging furniture, I always leave one side empty. The kids needed a free space where they could dump out blocks and other toys, and play freely and physically. Hahaha. The living room layout is completely child-centered, right?! Mom and Dad spend most of their time with the kids, so they're either in the kitchen or playing and reading to them. So, we didn't really need a relaxing space in the living room. ^^;;;;; So, we moved the space where we could comfortably sit on the sofa and watch TV into the master bedroom.
