Our famous cheese omelet has a few vegetables in it, but thankfully, my husband and kids love vegetables, so there's plenty of them! Since it's omelets made at home, it's full of vegetables and cheese! Zucchini, green onions, carrots, Cheongyang peppers, and onions—finely chopped with a whisk—into an omelet. The thicker the better! The cheese was thick, but it got cold while I was taking the picture. Made it pretty with the Global Knife.
