I started out by buying the Staub Cocotte in yellow. ^^ The price was a bit steep, but I was also concerned about its weight, so I decided to start with a size 20. After using it, I was very satisfied. 😊 The color is beautiful, and the food itself tastes delicious. And since it's cast iron, you can eat it hot until the last bite. After trying it out, I bought three more. I'll use it for a variety of things. ^^ So, I'll be able to use it for 10 years. ^^
