I started using an Epicurean cutting board while making baby food ▪️ I initially used a TPU cutting board, but since baby food requires fine chopping, it wasn't as easy as I thought. It also absorbed food odors easily... So, after much deliberation, I finally settled on the Epicurean. I'm using the L size, and as you can see in the last photo, it's plenty big enough to chop a variety of vegetables. Because it's a wooden cutting board, it cuts easily without much effort, and because it's thin, it dries out quickly. I wonder why I bought it before.
