Our house is a little messy today. But it's not just messy; it's a reflection of 8-year-old Evan's imagination and his day. Today, the wooden blocks, cars, and Legos are all his friends. They're all spread out across the floor, and it's so beautiful to see them creating their own world. While an organized space is nice, it's moments like this when my child is so absorbed in play that the house seems most alive.
