It's easy to give up trying to clean everything up perfectly, so 👉 Pick a single space and dedicate 10 minutes to it. As you progress, you'll gain the confidence to say, "I can do this, too." 2️⃣ Unify with bright tones In smaller homes, having furniture in different colors can make it look even smaller. 👉 Limiting colors to 3-4 and using bright tones will open up the view and make the home feel much more spacious. 3️⃣ Keep furniture low If large pieces of furniture, like a sofa or dresser, are placed high up, they can block the view and make the room feel even more cramped. 👉 Placing these pieces low creates a more open feel and makes the ceiling appear higher. 4️⃣ Utilize vertical space If you only keep things on the floor, it can quickly become crowded. 👉 Instead, try using vertical elements like thin wall shelves or slim storage units that don't obstruct the view.
