#콘수프기록집 #오늘의우리집 ✔️ Saladed Golbaengi / Skewers of Fish Cake + Spicy Fish Cake Sauce / Buffalo Wings / Gimbap You know how eating everything you want is the perfect combination, right?👏🏻 Yesterday, we decided on salad and fish cakes for dinner. My husband picked Buffalo Wings and I picked Gimbap, so we ate them together, lol. Buffalo wings were F, and Gimbap was to-go on the way home from work!!! For the Saladed Golbaengi, I used whatever salad greens I had at home and simply added chopped cabbage and carrots. 〰️ When making super-simple Saladed Golbaengi, I usually use gochujang (red pepper paste), but you can use plain, or add minced garlic and sesame oil for a much more flavorful dish! Taste and add a little more allulose or plum extract if you like! For the skewered fish cakes, instead of boiling them until they were red, I made a red sauce and dipped them in!
