💙 A day that makes me crave snacks 💙 This week feels busier than usual. I had an appointment this morning, so by the time I got back, it was well past lunchtime. I have to pick up my second child soon, so I'm pressed for time. Speed is everything if I don't want to starve! On days like this, instead of fancy cooking, I crave familiar foods, like snacks. So, I made jjolmyeon (spicy noodles) with ingredients I had in the fridge. To speed up the kitchen, I organized my cooking utensils with a clear path, and everything was ready in no time. I mixed the noodles with bean sprouts and corn. It was so much better than just store-bought jjolmyeon, I ate every last drop and even had some Häagen-Dazs green tea for dessert.
