Houses without system air conditioning in every room - We have one standing air conditioner in the living room and one wall-mounted air conditioner in the master bedroom. For homes where it's difficult to run them in every room, it's a good idea to run them in the living room to help circulate the cool air! 3. If you're planning on installing lighting, be sure to do it together! - Working with a lighting contractor can reduce installation costs, and purchasing the ceiling fan directly from them can offer a slightly lower price (prices may vary by company!)
