Home brunches made in our kitchen๐ค #1. Open-faced sandwiches made with seasonal summer ingredients On the left, rye bread topped with tzatziki sauce and sweet corn๐ฝ On the right, potato salad with sweet corn๐ฅ #2. Acai Bowl Blend together berries, a little yogurt, and 2/3 of a banana in a blender! I usually top it with chia seeds, unsweetened peanut butter, berries, and 1/3 of a banana๐ (You can also use whatever fruit you have!) #3. A Housewarming Party Favorite... Ratatouille๐ Ratatouille is a very common dish for housewarming parties and home brunches! First, lay out the leftover vegetables, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese on the bottom. Thinly slice the tomatoes, eggplant, and zucchini and layer them on top of the sauce. Drizzle olive oil and cheese over it, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and you're done! #4. Apple Fig Salad With fall approaching, figs are a must! Slice apples and figs and place them on top of the salad. Finished with olive oil, a dash of salt, and pepper for a super simple salad! (The figs look prettier when torn by hand๐ค) #5. Housewarming Party Favorite #2 Place burrata cheese in the center, then slice cherry tomatoes and Shine Muscat grapes for a super simple salad that's both pretty and delicious! It's so pretty, it's perfect for a housewarming party or a home party! ๐ (For the sauce, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and finish with pepper!) I grilled the meat with short ribs and paprika. The pasta is a super simple oil pasta with just tomatoes, garlic, and arugula. It's so delicious... ๐ค Add 1 tablespoon of chicken stock per serving. ๐ #homebrunchmenu #homebrunchmenu #homecafe #homecook #homecookrecipe #homecookstagram #homecookgram #homepartybowl #serioushomeparty #homepartyfood #homepartybowl #homepartycooking #homepartymenu #homepartymenurecommendation #bowlrecommendation #bowlcollector #bowlshopping
