I finally got a cast iron pot!!😎 Great value #몽꽁떼 First try today🫶 Eggplant, mushroom, and meat pot rice🍆🍄 It's heavy because it's cast iron, but it's just as delicious🥹 I made a generous amount, so I have half left, so I'm planning on eating it again tomorrowㅎㅎㅎ For the seasoning, stir-fry the ground meat, then add the eggplant and shiitake mushrooms. Add 1 part oyster sauce, 1 part soy sauce, and 0.5 parts sugar. Cook until wilted.
