But then I saw Laeta's Instagram video and was hooked, so I bought it right away👌👍 Instead of placing it on the countertop, it's mounted on the sink bowl. It's not recessed, but rather floats, so it's a little safer from water splashes when washing dishes. There are regular and wide models, but the wide model I want is sold out!! I wanted to get things organized as soon as possible, so I ordered the regular ➕️ cutlery basket as well. Here's what you need to think carefully about: ✔️ Wide ✔️ Adding a cutlery basket You need to carefully check how much space you'll have for washing dishes after hanging them up👀✨️ Even after reading reviews, I thought I'd buy everything and organize it when I bought it, lol. But when I actually hung it up, it was so cramped 😅 (second photo) The first photo is the current state (I placed it like the third and fourth photos, but it got in the way, so I moved it). I tried to keep the existing cutlery holder out of the way as much as possible. Also, due to the layout of my kitchen, the dish drying rack is on the countertop, or it's visible whether it's under the sink or on the countertop. While there are definitely pros and cons, removing the dish drying rack does give me more counter space, and it's easier to clean the countertop without anything to get in the way.
