I installed soundproofing panels because I didn't want to be stressed by noise, nor did I want to cause it. I cut the panels to the right size, but they're a little crooked. They do have a soundproofing effect. I wanted to forget all the hardships and hope for only good things in my new home, so I installed some bad luck pollack. I also have a salt jar.
