These days, I'm working out at the office by 7:30 AM on weekdays, then alternating between running and working out after work. And on weekends, I'm editing videos for YouTube and Instagram...🪽 + preparing for my scuba diving certification and my garlic is taking care of my arms.ᐟ My YouTube channel, which I've been running alongside my work, already has 30,000 followers, and my two Instagram accounts combined(?) have 100,000 followers. Time flies these days, but it's amazing how each day is filled with a sense of accomplishment rather than hardship.ᐟ I used to be so skinny that I'd faint after just one or two days of exercise. But consistent exercise is the best for both mind and body. Everyone, exercise.ᐟ.ᐟ.ᐟ It's especially fortunate to have a partner who enjoys all these hobbies with me.🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ I already shot two early morning reels, so for now, I'll have some nurungji samgyetang.
