I was careful with my old stainless steel spatula because I was afraid it would scratch my cast iron pot. The [True Cook] silicone spatula is sturdy yet doesn't strain the cast iron pot, so I can even scrape off the scorched rice with confidence! ☺️ Today, after making the rice in a pot, I cooked pork jowl in both the original and seasoned versions. The original was absolutely delicious, and the seasoning I used Vivid Kitchen commercial sauce for was a delicious combination. ❤️ Sunday's almost over.
