For the first time in a while, I made a stew with lots of water parsley and mushrooms. I had some leftover soup stock, so I added some for the broth, added two small rice balls, and water, and simmered it vigorously. I dipped it in sashimi soy sauce with a little wasabi, and it was a blissful experience for the first time in a while. Haha I cooked it in a TruCook square pan. It's great for grilling and also has plenty of room for soups. I was worried about the handle being too big, but it held up well. It's also great for stacking, which makes it perfect in my small kitchen. Haha This is definitely one of those items I'll definitely bring with me when I get married. ♡ #CornSoupRecord #살림살이
