#FTC17기이야기 #우리집소개 Hello, this is leejyehome. Introducing our first newlywed home, a little over 10 years old apartment that we remodeled over the course of a month. Based on white and wood tones, we filled the space with our favorite furniture and lighting. The lighting is the focal point of our home. We enjoy natural light during the day and leave the lights on at night. The mood created by the soft light brings me peace. • Living Room This is the main space in our home. It's decorated with a table and CH88 chairs from my beloved brand, Carl Hansen & Son, and the Louis Poulsen 2023 Limited Luna lighting. The Luna, with its beautiful curved shape and amber hue, is my favorite light. Its striking presence has made it a signature feature of our home. We usually eat simple meals at the second table in the kitchen, but for weekends or to set the mood, we use the main table in the living room. Enjoying wine with my husband on weekend afternoons here is the happiest thing in the world😆 I brought in a Muuto Outline leather sofa. The classic look of the Luna can feel a bit dated, but the Louis Poulsen PH 80 Red Shade, another main light fixture, and the sofa's cognac color add a touch of sophistication, balancing the space. • Hallway I placed a USM Haller as a focal point in the hallway. I was worried about whether metal furniture would suit my home's overall wood grain, but the muted beige color blends so well with the overall mood, and I'm very satisfied. In another area, I decorated it with a Zara Home black stool and a moon jar, creating a mini gallery. I originally considered hanging a large painting, but I'm having trouble deciding 😂, so I decided to keep it as a combination I can change whenever I want, and I love it. The moon jar looks really pretty with flowers in it. • Bedroom I wanted a more dignified and classic feel for the master bedroom. While the living room and kitchen have a comfortable Nordic feel, the master bedroom is filled with substantial American furniture from West Elm. The bedroom is centered around the bed and two side tables, keeping the focus on sleep simple and unifying with a set of furniture. The focal point of this space is, of course, the lighting above the side table. Originally, I had the Luna, but it's my favorite light, so I moved it to the main living room and replaced it with the Louis Poulsen 2024 Limited PH 2/1 Terracotta. The chocolate-colored base and subtle apricot hue add a sense of weight to the master bedroom. • Kitchen This is the cute zone of our home. To complement the narrow, long layout, I placed a compact Artek table and stools. It's perfect for a quick meal or coffee break. The lighting is based on the Louis Poulsen PH 4/3, with a flower pot as a focal point. On weekday evenings, my husband and I often spend quality time here, wrapping up the day. This is how I completed my home, using furniture and lighting to create accents for each space. As I write this, it feels like a furniture and lighting guide, 😅 but thanks to this, I'm enjoying a different light and atmosphere every moment.😁
