So, I'm trying to get into the habit of drinking warm tea instead of cold drinks after exercising. I thought it would be better to make it enjoyable rather than forced, so I changed the structure. I thought it would be more fun to exercise while looking at the living room view, watching my favorite dramas on Stand By Me, and listening to upbeat music. So I changed it up... The bottom line is, I'm completely satisfied! That exercise equipment became famous thanks to Jun Hyun-moo on I Live Alone. I like it because it's easy to move and doesn't take up much space. But I usually have trouble keeping my balance, so I still ride a bit unsteadily. lol Exercising outdoors is best, but I thought it would be fun to exercise at home too, so I arranged it this way, and it's become much more enjoyable.
