Old Apartment Interior: I chose an old apartment based on the quality of its materials. It's common for apartments from 15-20 years ago to have strict building codes and relatively inexpensive materials, making it easy to choose a good one. A major advantage is that they're well-insulated and, as time passes, they develop a vintage feel, making them easy to renovate with just wallpaper and film. Of course, there are drawbacks. Built-in appliances were broken, and I had to call in plumbers for maintenance due to clogged drains. While these drawbacks are something I'll have to live with, considering the positives, they weren't a major issue. This apartment feels like a well-maintained hotel from the 2000s. The pro of the #DukeSofa is the comfort of a cloud-like living space.
