Near the end of the meal, my son asked for another fried egg;; I felt it was a bit burdensome to use a large frying pan just to make another one, so I bought a mini frying pan specifically for it. 😂 It's small, so it preheats quickly, and best of all, I just fried one egg. It's so pretty and delicious, like a real dish, that it's a feast for the eyes. I was desperate to make round, pretty fried eggs, and I even gave up because it was so inconvenient... But now that I have a small mini frying pan, I'm happy to say "OK" to my son's requests. It takes longer to fry several eggs than a large pan, but... I often eat alone, so it's okay! I just preheat it, crack an egg on it, and the residual heat cooks it perfectly. I love it.
