With the purchase of the #Cuckoo #FoodWasteProcessor #EcoWhale since it's become easier to dispose of #vegetable byproducts, I've been experimenting with #vegetables a little bit, but with the increased amount of prep work, I've realized that a sharp #knife is crucial. So, after much research, I bought two knives and they're working great. It's hard to sharpen Chinese Eessays with a sharpener, so I tend to use the Global Knife, which is sharper-friendly. It's also 27cm long, so I can slice carrots and zucchini lengthwise in one go. In conclusion, the Global Knife G-17 is the best! It's beautiful, sharp, and has excellent cutting power. It's affordable for something that will last a lifetime.
