A snack filled with Japanese flavors🤍 From injeolmi dango (rice cake) to matcha latte, it was a snack that reminded me of Japan🤭 For the dango, simmer 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to your liking! I love dango, but I don't prefer overly strong soy sauce, so I made it thin and light.
