#오늘의우리집 I've been obsessed with sourdough lately, so I've been eating a piece of toast a day. Today, I made tomato and egg toast with a cold whisk. ⠀ 📝 Crispy sourdough toast in olive oil, spread basil pesto, top with scrambled eggs, cheddar, and mozzarella, and top with a generous helping of golden-roasted tomatoes. Finally, a spicy garlic Parmesan drizzle. 🧄🧀 ⠀ I've often made stir-fried toads, but this sandwich has a whole new appeal!
