📢Introducing my refrigerator organization and grocery shopping tips for those living a minimalist lifestyle. Since practicing a minimalist lifestyle, my refrigerator has become the place I'm most confident in. Today, I'll share my secrets to a minimalist fridge and how to shop for it. 📍Organize your fridge. ✔️Display ingredients so they're visible at a glance. ️✔️Side dishes left over from dinner. ✔️Instead of drinks, use milk and corn tea. ✔️Instead of instant rice, cook and store multigrain rice in containers. ✔️Concentrate your freezer to one side for maximum efficiency. ✔️Make a quick breakfast, lunch for yourself, and dinner with your family's favorites. ✔️Eliminate all the fridge and room-temperature food on the weekends. 📍Shopping. ✔️Order organic food from Oasis once a week, and industrial products from a large supermarket once every two months. ✔️I buy simple items from the local supermarket and market while I'm working out twice a week. ✔️I buy small quantities of things my family enjoys rather than new products. I have a 610L refrigerator, a water purifier, rice, bread, and medicine, but it's empty from home cooking over the weekend. A glass of homemade lemonade makes Monday a breeze. 🍋 I'll go work out and do some grocery shopping. I'll keep my house tidy today, too. 🏡 (For more details, please refer to the blog) #Seona's Housekeeping Recipe #미니멀살림러 #Refrigerator Organization #냉장고수납 #빌트인냉장고 #Fridge Cleanup #냉파 #냉장고털기 #냉털 #Minimal Kitchen #미니멀냉장고 #장보기 #주부 #Minimal Life #미니멀살림 #감성살림 #Minimal #미니멀리스트 #미니멀인테리어 #Corn Soup Record Book #살림살이 #수납의달인
