I've been using this for over 10 years and it hasn't broken down once, so I'm introducing a super sturdy Tromm. ㅎㅎ Actually, I wanted to buy a new one if it broke, but since it hasn't, I'm still using it. 😂 If it does break, I'd like to try the subscription service. Every time I move, I'm worried about scratches on appliances like my washing machine, and I'm always stressed because I'm not good at leveling them. Since they even offer relocation and installation, it seems especially good for those moving nearby.🩷
