It's great because it retains its rich flavor without needing to be boiled for long. #Stan Multi-Work It comes with a steamer, so I often use it for simple steaming dishes. But since there's no steam hole in the lid, you have to tilt the pot slightly when using it. Otherwise, the lid won't open, which is a disaster. The internal temperature has to drop for the lid to open. The lid is convex and nice, but this is a bit disappointing. If you're having trouble deciding on a pot size, consider the generously sized 24cm pot!
