Oh! My gosh - It can be this pretty :) I'm finally making the home cafe zone I've been thinking about for so long. The home bar I've been dreaming of since I renovated my kitchen is finally fully functional. How's it going??? I've been grinding and dosing since morning, checking the brewing amount and time to get the perfect grind, amount, and brewing time. I went to a local cafe last night and quickly bought some coffee beans. For all you home cafe veterans out there, what kind of beans do you use? Any recommendations? I should probably get a good scale, too, right? I'll just play around with my home cafe for a while - 🤭 ㅎ From today on, my home is my cafe - Now, my home is my playground.
