Do you know anything about interior design specifically for rental properties? Cheap materials, slightly sagging kitchens from years of use, uneven finishes, and insufficient storage. The kitchen was always the most disappointing part. ㅠㅠ That's why, when I renovated my house, the kitchen was the most important part. Since it's a pre-fabricated apartment, I couldn't convert it to a direct-facing kitchen, but I added a small island to create an L-shaped kitchen with storage space behind it.
