Our home's photo zone is a reclaimed wood shelf, the first piece of furniture we added to our bedroom and the starting point for our interior design. I loved the vintage yet warm feel of this shelf, so I gradually started filling the rest of the bedroom with it. During the day, when the sunlight fills the space, it creates a comfortable and sentimental atmosphere. Even with cool-toned items on display, the warmth of the wood creates a sensuous harmony. One of the charms of this space is how we can create a new atmosphere with small items each season.
