I was wondering what to make with the last remaining beef brisket, and I stumbled upon beef brisket short rib soup, so I gave it a try. I sautéed minced garlic and beef brisket, then added water, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Finally, I added glass noodles and brought it to a boil. Since there wasn't much beef brisket, I adjusted the oyster sauce and fish sauce. I also added green onions. Surprisingly, the beef brisket tasted great.
