Frequently Used 🏷️Food Preparation & Storage Tips for Beginners 1. Garlic Be sure to remove the stems, then line the bottom of an airtight container with sugar (or flour) and then paper towels. Place the garlic in the container and store! 💥This prevents moisture and helps preserve it for a long time. 2. Peppers Remove the stems and store them upright. 3. Green Onions Green onions and chives will soften quickly when exposed to water, so remove as much dirt and dust as possible before storing them in an airtight container or zip-top bag. Wash the green onion roots thoroughly and store them separately for use in stock.☺️ 4. Onions There are many ways to store them, such as storing them on a well-ventilated balcony or wrapping them in newspaper, but I found this method to be the easiest! My house has a small veranda, and because of the dryer, it gets hot quickly, so they tend to wilt or sprout quickly. 🌱 Just peel them, wrap them in Magic Wrap, and store them in the freshener compartment. They'll last 3-4 weeks! I've shared the best ways I've used to store and enjoy them for the longest time. These methods aren't guaranteed, and every home's environment is different, so please use them as a reference only. :) Stay tuned for more home & lifestyle tips! 🤍 #Household #살림템 #살림팁 #살림팁공유 #식재료보관 #식재료정리 #소분용기 #밀폐용기 #자취템 #자취요리 #콘스프필름
