Crepe Pizza 🍕 These savory and soft crepes are just as delicious as the galettes and towel cakes I've made before, if not more so seriously delicious😍 Emmental cheese adds a nice burst of flavor to apple salad and pairs well with the green tangerine ade made with green tangerines✨🤍 🔖 •Fold the crepe twice, unfold it, and then •Fold both ends toward the center in a half-moon shape. •Make it the same size as the pizza slice you cut. •Unfold only one layer, top with Emmental cheese, and fold it again. •Smear tomato sauce, then top one with just the Emmental cheese. •Place the other layer with the potato and bacon. Place the Emmental cheese on top, and sprinkle with pepper and parsley. •Bake in a 170°C oven for 3 minutes, then add the potato and bacon for another 3 minutes. •Place the first crepe with arugula and ham. •Sprinkle crushed pistachios and pepper.
