Cut 4-6 pieces of hairfish, 1/3 of a radish, 2 shiitake mushrooms, and leeks, cut to your taste. 2. Make the seasoning sauce: 2 parts gochujang, 2 parts red pepper powder, 4 parts soy sauce, 2 parts sugar, 1 part dasida, 2 parts cooking wine, 1 part minced garlic 3. Place radish on the bottom of a pan, then add shiitake mushrooms, hairfish, and seasoning sauce. 4. Add 400ml of water and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the green onions.
