They sent me a trophy and business card as a Special Creator for Today's House. Honestly, I'm feeling a bit awkward. The only plaque or award I've received was from LGD, where I've worked for nearly 10 years. How could I, after only a short time as a semi-professional creator, be receiving something like this? Do I deserve this? I'm still far from it. Then, as I was walking along the path in front of my house and looking out at the river, the words "forward like the horn of iron" came to mind. Don't be pretentious, don't think you're special. Everyone has special people in their lives. Looking at this trophy, which somehow resembles a rock, I remind myself: If I can provide even a little inspiration, without hurting anyone, in harmony, that alone would be a truly grateful thing.
