A "north-facing house" where you have to turn on the lights even during the day. I, who absolutely hates houses with no sunlight, moved to a north-facing house. Hahaha. And the floors are dark gray??? My husband was suddenly transferred, so we had to move. We had to find a house within three weeks, and with limited properties, it was a choice we had no choice. 😂 It's so hot in Dubai, that people seem to prefer north-facing houses where the sun doesn't shine. That's why there are so many north-facing houses. The advantage is that it's less hot, and it saves on cooling costs.
