Olive Oil Dip & Potato Salad 🫗🥔🥖 I saw this on my Instagram feed, so I bought a Matdori baguette and tried making it. Wow🤩 The spicy, savory flavor and nutty oil were fantastic. I ate half a baguette and barely held myself back from making more🤭 It's easy to make, and it's trending among the foodies out there. Matdori is the best! ✨ Plus, the refreshing potato salad was amazing. I was so satisfied🤍 🔖 •Olive Oil Dip Lay olive oil on a plate. Minced garlic, crushed red pepper, dried basil, dried parsley (any herbs are fine). Basil pesto, Grana Padano cheese, balsamic vinegar. I forgot, but I added pepper. Set, mix well, and dip the baguette in it👍🏻 •Potato Salad Slice cucumbers and marinate in salt for 10 minutes. Drain. Squeeze Peel and boil potatoes, boil eggs, and cut the squash. 5 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp white balsamic, 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard, 1 tbsp honey, pepper, and dill dressing Mix everything except the egg with the dressing and place on a plate.
