The automatic detergent compartment lid of my washing machine was broken, so it was filled with water instead of detergent. Fortunately, I called the service center and found that they had an improved part with an added seal inside the lid, so I received a free replacement lid by courier. After cleaning the automatic detergent compartment, I installed the new lid and refilled it with detergent!
