Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipe)🫶🏻 📌 Ingredients For the Dakbokkeumtang (spicy stir-fried chicken): 1 kg chicken, 1 bowl of small anchovies, 200 g of ground chili peppers, 1 stalk green onion, 1 handful of garlic, 4 pinches of salt, 1 tablespoon anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 cup corn syrup, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, cooking oil, sesame seeds (Anchovies used for the broth can be bitter! It's better to use small anchovies!) 📌 Preparation 1. Dry the chicken with a paper towel and trim the tendons. 2. Cut the green onions into 3-4cm lengths. 3. Wash the chili peppers, cut off the stems, and poke holes in them with a fork. (Cutting off the ends of the chili peppers allows the seasoning to penetrate the inside better!) 4. Add the anchovies to a preheated pan over high heat and stir-fry over medium heat until golden brown, removing any fishy smell. (Turn off the heat when it starts to smoke!) 📌 Recipe 1. Heat a wok over high heat, add 3 turns of cooking oil, add the trimmed chicken, skin first, and season with 4 pinches of salt. Cook for 3 minutes.👏🏻 (Cook the breast meat on top of the other meats, which cook quickly!) 2. Reduce the heat to medium, flip the chicken, add 1 turn of cooking oil, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.👏🏻 3.
