Due to the start of the holiday and the mandatory alcohol ban, this week's We Can Dining is having a brunch for the first time in a while👩🏻‍🍳 I filled the sandwich with potatoes and boiled eggs, and added pickled cucumbers for a nice crunch🥒 With a generous helping of salty ham and fragrant arugula, you've got a hearty and flavorful egg potato sandwich! ☝🏻The plating tip for this week is to coordinate the tones even with different ingredients! This brunch table featured a mix of three metal bowls. 1️⃣ Otinetti (aluminum): The first brunch plate served. 2️⃣ Feltro Studio (tin): The second main bowl. 3️⃣ Silver Salt (stainless steel): The third salad bowl. Even though they're all different materials, the subtle grain of the metal ties together, creating a calm yet sophisticated feel to the entire table, right? 😉 I've been obsessed with ASMR reels lately, so I filmed this brunch in an ASMR version. What do you think? 👂🏻🎶 My husband and I are both self-proclaimed iced Americano drinkers, so we use the Message Long Mug (L) every brunch.
