This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I used it again this morning to peel an apple :) My favorite knife in the kitchen these days: Global Knife G-84 Santoku Knife ♥️ This isn't just any knife... it's a true "cooking knife" :) It's lightweight and fits comfortably in my hand, so my wrist feels comfortable even after prolonged use, and the good center of gravity makes it incredibly smooth to use. The dimples on the blade prevent ingredients from sticking, so I don't feel any discomfort when chopping vegetables, and every time I hear the "swoosh swoosh" sound, I feel elated :) At 16cm, it's comfortable even for my small hands, and the clean design makes it look great even standing next to my cutting board. ♥️ The integrated stainless steel construction makes it easy to clean, making it my go-to everyday kitchen knife. Because it's such a popular product, I already had other knives of different sizes and uses that I've been enjoying, but I find myself reaching for the G-84 more often. I think it's because the size is just right.
