I wanted to make a lot, but the store was busy before the holidays, so I used all my remaining energy to cook and clean up. Pancakes vary by region. What's your favorite? For me, skewered pancakes are my favorite. I prefer pancakes with more vegetable flavor than meat. My kids love pancakes with shrimp. It took the least amount of effort, but they loved it, so I'll make more for the next holiday. Now that Chuseok is over, I'm planning to spend the rest of my holiday at home with my family.
