These days, the TruCook is a staple in my kitchen. I use it for pots, square pans, and egg roll pans, but this time, I ditched my wooden cutting board and switched to the TruCook cutting board. It's sturdier than I expected, and it even has a stand, so it drains and breathes well after use! It comes in three sizes, so it's great for a variety of uses. I used to just use and clean one cutting board, but I found it useful to use different sizes for different ingredients. It comes in two colors: beige and black. I chose the beige.
