I've been using my Staub Cisterna 24 so well that I decided to buy another one. Especially after moving and switching to an induction stove, I threw away my old earthenware pot and bought one specifically for induction, but it wasn't great. While I was at it (to satisfy my selfish desires), I was looking for smaller Staub pots and ended up buying the Asia Bowl size 16 for ramen, steamed eggs, and stew! It's a lot smaller than I thought, lol, but considering it's a replacement for a clay pot, it makes sense.
