I prepared a Central Asian-style brunch with Syracuse ☕🥖 I visited Hambak Village in Incheon over the holidays. It's home to a large population of Central Asian Koryo-saram (Koreans) and local expats, and is often called "Korea's Russian Town." I tried Central Asian food for the first time at a restaurant called "Chaihana 2," and every dish was delicious. (The lamb ribs were a bit difficult to get used to because of the smell 😅) My daughter especially loved the "Goryeo Guksu," which she ate up 😋 It was so delicious that on the way back, I stopped by Tandoor House and Asserti to stock up on Central Asian bread, juice, yogurt, and more.^^ Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy a brunch that captured those same flavors at #시라쿠스
