Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipe)🫶🏻 1️⃣ Gochujang Butter Back Ribs 📌 Ingredients 1kg back ribs, 3 pinches salt, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons generously of gochujang, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 20g butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 stalk green onion, 1 onion, 600ml water, 20 turns of pepper, 2 Cheongyang peppers 📌 Preparation 1. Remove the fascia from the back ribs, cut them into individual pieces, and rinse them in water. (When preparing, keep the knife close to the bone and cut!) 2. Thinly slice the green onion. 3. Thinly slice the onion. 4. Thinly slice the green chili pepper. 📌 Recipe 1. Place the ribs in a preheated pan, sprinkle with 3 pinches of salt, and cook over high heat for 3 minutes.👏🏻 (If the meat is oil-free, add a dash of cooking oil!) 2. Reduce the heat to medium and add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Bring to a boil. I made this dish even before Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipes was published!🥹 This dish was well-received at last year's Christmas home party and as a housewarming gift!🧑🏻🍳😋 The Gochujang Butter Craze Started Overseas!👀✨ It's exciting to see what kind of dishes actor Ryu Soo-young will make using Gochujang Butter.
