They say our time can be broadly divided into "doing" and "being." They say our lives are so full of "doing" that we can't stand time without doing. After thinking about it, I realized that, as someone with a J personality, that's exactly how I am. I can't fully enjoy the time that passes quietly, and I feel like I need to do something meaningful. Because I'm always busy, I feel drained and want to rest, but I've never really rested properly, so I wasn't sure how to rest. Then, by chance, I was invited to a friend's camping trip. We sat around a campfire, and it was incredibly healing. I just stared at the fire without thinking, and my mind became quiet and I felt at ease. I want to feel that same feeling at home.
